The Guardian team in the Strip District is phenomenal! Always ready to help and take good care of their tenants. The building and tools available to assist in moving items into/out of storage units are easy to use and readily accessible. It’s a nice, clean environment with friendly staff. Toured various storage companies’ facilities before choosing this location years ago, and this one is by far the nicest still.

This Guardian storage facility is super clean and well maintained. I feel very safe going any time of day. Gina and Calvina in office were very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting a size for our belongings. I would highly recommend this facility.

I currently do not have a storage unit at this location, but was there with a friend of mine helping to clean up his unit and ran into the facility manager Zach. He was very friendly speaking with us and because the place was so clean and kept up, I actually had some questions about renting a unit myself, and he was very informative about rates, unit details, etc. I've been to a few shady storage places before, so this location was in excellent condition. I dont think I've run into a nicer property manager out of all the places I've been to, so I definitely will be renting a unit here in the future. My buddy also has nothing but good things to say about Zach. Keep up the great work!
