This is our first time utilizing any storage facility. From the beginning with the online booking, Tioni has been nothing short of helpful. When we got to the facility, we realized we needed a different unit, I thought it would be too much of a hassle, however Tioni worked her magic and made it happen with ease! Moving in is already stressful and she helped ease our process, we appreciate her greatly!! She was funny, knowledgeable and her personality just radiates joy! 😊😊😊😊
