Matt at Guardian Storage in Bloomfield made setting up my unit so incredibly easy and honestly, enjoyable. He is extremely helpful and has a wonderful customer service attitude. Accessing our unit is a breeze and the prices are competitive with other storage places in town. Highly recommend, especially Bloomfield, so you get to interact with Matt!

I had a great experience with Guardian Storage at Waterfront. Highly recommend. I had to store my daughter's belongings in between semesters. Ryan the Property manager was very helpful and friendly as was Steve. The complex was easy to access and well taken care of.

Guardian storage gave me a great deal on my first two months rent. Afterwards, they maintained our agreed upon price. A nearby competitor was not this honest. The employees were always friendly and helpful. They sell boxes, tape, and other packing supplies on site. The facility itself is easy to access and has a wide variety of units. I had an incredible 10x30 climate controlled unit. Ample carts are available for moving your items in and out. I also liked that they had a loading dock. I was able to load a 26 ft truck by myself because I could roll carts straight onto the truck from my unit with very little lifting involved. Highly recommend this business.

I’ve been a customer for over a year now and have experienced some minor inconveniences like the large elevator being out of service and my passcode to get in not working. Both of which were easy work arounds. When I notified the manager, Dustin, he acknowledged the inconvenience and gave me several discounts on my monthly bill to compensate for it. Again these were minor inconveniences and I feel that most people wouldn’t have done anything about them but he did. Would recommend.
