Tioni Brown was outstanding, she was so very helpful and made me feel very comfortable during an uncomfortable time with moving my belongings. I would recommend guardian storage on Rt. 22 to anyone and especially given the chance to work with Tioni!

I called the Westminster location today with a lot of questions. Robert helped me and thoroughly answered all of my questions, helped give suggestions that I ended up taking and went above and beyond. He made sure things were covered that I hadn't even thought of and was sure to get me the best unit and location based on my needs. And on top of it, he had a great personality and we had a few laughs along the way. Hung up with a smile on my face and with customer service nowadays, that really doesn't happen anymore.
