My sister and I visited the North Boulder location last week so we could rent a storage unit. Sam was the employee we worked with and he was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He even joked around with us and that was great because we were stressed out and needed to laugh.

The facility is extremely clean and has excellent security, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and seamless.

Customer service was phenomenally above and beyond. Even when a pipe burst, they made sure to notify me they had to cut my lock off so they could inspect the unit for damage and then replaced it. They made sure I was given keys and everything was ok. I would highly recommend using them again. Thank you for everything!

staff friendly and helpful. Great location and clean. The last 2 storage units I had there were also very close to a door so it made it quick and easy to get in and out of the building.

Units and property are very clean and well maintained! All doors/gates require a code to enter so very secure! Staff are very helpful! Highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs!
