Ray and Ashely are the best!!! Moving is so much stressful but they made the process so quick and easy. They are so kind and even helped us get our stuff on and off the carts, along with offering cold water and coffee!

Kenzie was amazing to work with and so polite and helpful! She was always easy to get ahold of if we had any questions and made the process of moving a breeze!

Dawn, the facility manager, was amazing. Personable and professional, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. (Ask about pre-payment locking in your rate). Like many storage companies, rate increases well beyond initial promos and even beyond the regular rate will happen due to dynamic/market pricing. I just moved out of ExtraSpace Storage in Loveland because my rate went from $111 to $166 from only 10 months ago.

Great place to get storage if you need it. Andrea is quite knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with getting everything set up, which took less than 15min. The facility itself is well maintained and on the edge of a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the highway. I've had a unit at this place a couple times now, and always know my stuff is safe and secure there.

Mike and his team have been so helpful while we’ve needed storage for a cross country move! From providing a walk thru of available units, to helping us transfer to a larger unit Mike always met me with a smile and willingness to help! On the day of the move, Mike helped the movers navigate their large truck and made sure we were all set. Our 10x15 unit is clean and completely fits all of our furniture and boxes. Mike and Wilda made this such an easy and pleasant experience!

Wonderful company. It is nice that they offer a feee community event of shredding personal documents.

One of the few storage places that have an office with very good service on site. I lost keys to my unit and they got me in with no problem. Chuck cut the lock-off in one minute at no charge.:…thx

All of the staff was amazing and very helpful with my move in and move out! Setting up the lease was super easy and it was terminated the day I moved everything out. I absolutely recommend using this location! Ashley at the front desk is terrific, and Ray offered to help us with our carts during move out without us even asking!
