Staff are absolutely wonderful. Units are well lit and clean. Had a u it there for over a year with no issues. Will use them every time.

Love this place. I got my storage unit in January 2021. That’s also when I met Tioni. She’s everything. Such a great soul and makes you feel at home. This place is amazing. I highly recommend it. Don’t forget to ask for “T”

So easy to set up the rental! Kristen was so helpful!!! The access is convenient and the price is fair. Everything is electronic. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Jay has been outstanding!!..he was so helpful when I needed assistance to make some changes to my account. I highly recommend Guardian Storage( Hampton) for all your storage needs...and ask for Jay...he will assist you with anything.

Great place to recycle old electronics/kitchen appliances. They do not accept tv's and a couple other items, but most items are acceptable. They were very nice on the phone when I called ahead with questions.

Kevin was very helpful throughout the whole setup process. Also, he helped answer any questions I had through the whole duration of keeping my belongings there at Guardian Storage. I would recommend going through Kevin and utilizing Guardian Storage to hold your belongings!!!

Over the phone the staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. But meeting a couple of the staff in person was an even better experience. I had my unit over a month before I actually went in the office. I went in yesterday, on March 11, 2024. On that day, I met A FRIEND in Amanda. Her spirit and kindness are a light in the world. I also met a nice man named Chuck who Amanda credits for keeping the place sparkling clean and tidy, which it was BTW. My overall experience up to today is top tier! It was VERY easy and convenient to secure my unit online, my unit is perfect and spotless clean as is the office, and once again, my phone experiences with Jason, and 2 other ladies (I Apologize for forgetting their names) and meeting Amanda and Chuck could not have been better! THANK YOU AND BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL

Very nice facility. Wes was great to work with. Definitely recommend it for storage in the Louisville area.
