Awesome job! Super nice and friendly staff. Went to U-Haul before this and feel VERY good in our decision to go with Guardian instead. We arrived almost at closing and felt no rush, he even gave us tour of the facility after hours to make sure we knew our way around. 10/10! Dawn, and Erwin were both incredibly helpful patient and professional and were the bright spot in an otherwise chaotic, exhausting and stressful move. I would recommend the Fort Collins Store to anyone and everyone.

I had a great experience with this storage facility and was really impressed with the level of service. The property manager, Gina, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. She took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt completely confident about how to access my unit before I left.

Her attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure customers felt comfortable and informed. The property itself was also very clean and well maintained, which made a big difference. I also appreciated the security measures in place, it gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings would be safe.

Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and security made this a great experience. Huge thanks to Gina for going above and beyond!

We have been using Greeley Guardian Storage for around a year now, and it has been the best experience i have ever had at a storage place.

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit due to some unexpected issues with where we were keeping other furniture while searching for a new home. She was so understanding and even held the unit for us since I couldn’t come in to complete the paperwork until my weekend off (my husband and I both work 12-hour shifts, five days a week).

When I came in the Saturday following my call, she got everything set up quickly and even honored the promotional rate. The new unit is also conveniently located right next to our current one, which made the transition so much easier. Stephanie is such a kind and helpful person, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her and the excellent service she provided!

Thank you, Greg, for always being there for us. You put the customer first, and made the extra effort to make the call so we could speak to a human! Kudos to you for that. If we are in need in the future, you will be the first we call.

There aren't enough words to express how much I recommend this Guardian Storage--specifically the location on Rt 22--because of T. When we first met her, we were trying to get out of a bad living situation and she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

We've been back no less than three times so far and we'd certainly return to this location over and over again if needed. T has been the lighthouse in the storm for us and has always emphasized her excellent customer-focused mentality. She truly cares about her customers. Sometimes it's hard to peel yourself away from a conversation because she's truly so wonderful that you don't want to get back to unloading your stuff into a storage unit!

We have rented other storage units from nearby local facilities and can honestly say that this location is much cleaner, nicer, and better serviced than anywhere else we've been to. It's easy to access, there are always carts available for use, and it's CLEAN. This facility is impeccably cared for. Our stuff was in storage for a while and we never saw a pest or any kind of temperature damage. It's so refreshing to have a company care about you as a person and your stuff.

If you're waffling on whether to stop in, please do! T will take care of you!!!

Excellent storage facility. Very pleased with the cleanliness, climate control feature and ease of access - the free van rental for a day was a great bonus. The staff, particularly Zach the Property Manager, was always friendly, helpful and courteous. They seem to always go the extra step. I would highly recommend the Seven Fields location for all of your storage needs.

Fabulous facility and amazing management team. Over the past 10 years the few times there was an issue or concern they responded immediately and corrected it ASAP. And the facility is clean, dry, and secure.
I vacated one unit but I still have another one there.
Highly recommended!

Staff was very friendly, there is a big space in the back of the building where you can park your car for loading or unloading. The process of actually getting my things into the storage was quick and efficient, and the staff were quite flexible as well.
