Great experience at this Guardian location especially storing my child’s furniture and items over the summer as she’s a student at Pitt. The facilities are clean and well lit and everything we stored was intact and in good condition. And Jacob, the property manager, was extremely accomplished to work with—-he was kind polite and always available for any questions we had regarding move in/out and billing. Will use them again and recommend them to all Pitt students!

Extremely appreciate all the help given by Ashley and Matthew. I got the first time response from Ashley, answering all my questions patiencely and help me arrange the visit time as my request. Matthew help me set down everthing.from visiting to how to use the locker, even I change my selection and contact way, he keeps Patience and kind and help me solve all the problems. Really appreciate all the kindness.

From start to finish this site has been wonderful. Its drive in covered loading area is a must with the Pittsburg weather conditions. The staff is very helpful, return calls promptly and notify you if there are any issues, holiday changes, etc. The facility is clean, dry and no rodent activity. I would never go anywhere else.

Zach the property manager is a first class service professional! Every aspect of interacting / service with Guardian through Zach was an excellent experience! The storage facility was also first class which is a reflection on how well Zach's team maintains the place! Clearly a five star service performance!
