This place is awesome. Definitely the best storage facility I’ve rented from. Units are clean and secure. The staff was always friendly and attentive, and having access to their moving trucks was especially convenient. A+ all around!

The service at this facility was phenomenal. I did some shopping around and hands down best experience. I have a ton of gym equipment and Dave helped me find the right amount of space for what I needed. Was very clear with pricing and showed me many options that could save me money or make accessing storage more convenient. I appreciated that I got to walk in and see a perfect example of what each space would be like all in one room. Besides the efficiency they have a great staff who is very personable and was an overall great experience. Highly recommended

Good value and good service. We rented a unit to store the contents of my son’s dorm room over the summer. It worked out well and they were easy to work with.

Pricing is great plus the service is so nice and friendly. Having a truck available to rent when needed is so convenient

Matt welcomed me right away, I relocated and he made the storage process simple and fast. Matt also helped with the Truck rental to move my belongings to my new home. Thank you for all your help Matt!

Brian came in ready to work. With positive attitude he helped me right away, I was there.a little early before open and he just got straight to work. I very much appreciate his help finding me something that could work for me.

Javon was so helpful getting everything set up over the phone & made the process very easy. The facility itself is very clean, well lit and easy to access.

Update April 2025:
Manager Dustin Getty made our 3rd summer of storage at Guardian Storage Parkway East yet another consistently good experience! Super quick & easy from initial reservation request through having a confirmed unit. This location is so easy to access, clean, well climate controlled and just checks all the boxes for us! So much better than schlepping all of the college student's belongings back and forth to home. Staff have always been available and responsive both in person, over the phone and via email.

The units are clean and well maintained. Mike and the entire team personified the highest level of customer service. We will return if need be, I highly recommend.
