I rented an indoor unit, temp controlled and it was really nice and clean. Courteous people who work in the office and on site maintenance people, two dock bays that are covered so you are able to unload or load and not get rained on. John at Ross twp location was very helpful when I closed my rental. Definitely recommend

First off love the staff, specifically Kenzie! She was very helpful when I had to make a big move by myself for the first time as single mom. The store is clean and very tidy. And they have everything you would need when moving! 10 out of 10 recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Great storage units. Needed a place to store my belonging as I went out of town to work for summer. Guardian was running the 2 months 50% off deal and it sounded too good to be true, but it wasn’t. There was 2 ladies that helped me at the front desk, don’t remember their names sadly but they were great help getting me what I needed and even moved my last piece of furniture for my while I was out of town. 100% recommend to all students and whoever else!

Very nice storage facility. We've used the conference room a few times for meetings. Tioni was especially nice and helpful! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were all set. Everything is kept very clean.

Facility manager was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

Storage units are very clean. Being able to use a moving truck for free is an added bonus! Employee David N. is very helpful and nice!
