I’ve had my stuff stored for more than 10yrs there and over the years the facility has grown so much. The staff is always friendly and understanding. I definitely recommend this facility to store your belongings.

Wesley at Guardian Storage in Louisville went above and beyond for me when I was dealing with an issue in relation to a freight pick-up from my storage unit. I can't thank him enough for his assistance that day. He's always been patient and helpful with my myriad of questions, as the facility went from Empire Storage to Guardian Storage, and I truly appreciate it.

I had such a fantastic experience renting a storage unit here. The customer service was truly exceptional! Ms. Gambea who helped me was incredibly professional and handled all the paperwork and details flawlessly.
What really stood out was how warm and welcoming she was; she instantly made me feel like we were good friends, which is rare in business transactions today. She took the time to make sure the unit size was perfect, and I was thrilled to find that the storage space fits everything in perfectly.
It's clear they care about their clients. I am absolutely looking forward to doing business here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Very well kept, easy to work with, has great security, they went over and above to help us when we had furniture delivered and with anything that came up.

The Homestead Guardian Storage has been wonderful to me and my partner. We've been through two moves in two years and that whole time they've been so helpful. And today I'm parting with them on a good note now that we've found a space big enough for us and our things. Really an awesome experience with this company at the Fort Collins South location. Staff was very friendly and helpful and didn't have a problem when we had to change our move-in date several times. The use of their van for helping with the move was wonderful. Building is new and was very clean and temperature control was great. Easy access!
