Tom was super friendly and very helpful. I needed a larger storage unit with better drive-up access, and he took care of it right away.

Guardian storage has been my go to storage for many years with several organizations and personnal needs. Clean, safe and Michael is always helpful.

Great customer service. My lock had accidentally been cut off when the door was replaced and the staff in the office replaced the lock without question. I am impressed. The unit was fine, no leaks, rodents, etc. so my personal effects were in good shape after being in storage for over a year. I would use them again.

I recently had a toaster oven that did not work, as well as a laptop computer, and upon calling Guardian Storage, was informed that they would accept both items and did not have to pay anything. I think this service is wonderful and hope others can know this is available to them. Nice gentleman to work with also.

The office staff are great people to deal with.
They are very accommodating with any request I have had.
The storage units and the facilities are very clean and well maintained.
The use of the van has been especially helpful during our move.
