This is my first time having a storage unit, but I can say the setup process was great. There was no problems. It was easy to get set up. I was set up within 10 minutes. Had a storage unit and I haven't had any problems since the receptionist i worked with forgive me for not remembering your name. Was delightful and love talking to her, and she seems like a great person to deal with!

In process of downsizing and needed storage quickly. Wilda worked with me. I can't say enough good things about her and Mike. Reasonable as well!

Friendly staff, easy process, clean units.Overall great experience would recommend, also many features to guarantee security! Plus covered loading dock in back.

I have been renting storage units at various places since the late 80s. This location is by far the best place I have ever rented from! Not only is it clean and safe, but the staff ( Cindy and James) has gone out of their way to help me during one of the most difficult times of my life. My mother died very suddenly and I needed to quickly find a place to store mom’s precious items. I came to their place two days after mom’s funeral. 😢They also offer climate controlled and this was perfect to protect mom’s family photos as well. Now my father is not doing well, and I have to move to a larger unit from moving across the country to care for my dad who has dementia.😔 It Is just amazing how much they really care about me and my situation. Thank you for being there for me and for providing a safe place for my/my parents things.🙏😃 I would give this place and staff 10 stars if I could.

Matt at Guardian Storage in Bloomfield made setting up my unit so incredibly easy and honestly, enjoyable. He is extremely helpful and has a wonderful customer service attitude. Accessing our unit is a breeze and the prices are competitive with other storage places in town. Highly recommend, especially Bloomfield, so you get to interact with Matt!
