"This email comes as a commendation for your McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA, location. I had previously used EZ Storage, when I first moved back to Pittsburgh, and it was a good experience. When I needed a storage space again, I went back to the same place, and was very dissatisfied with the new owners. Since I had to pass the Guardian Storage, I decided to get some information, and what a pleasant and gratifying experience that was! Jason Zelinsky could not have been more professional, helpful and kind. I was so impressed in every area of my Guardian experience that when I went to EZ with YOUR truck, I told several people who were at their storage space that they should think seriously about changing companies. Everything about Guardian is better; the storage space, the climate control, even the fact that you offer restroom facilities to your customers was wonderful. And little things, like a garbage can for stuff like food wrappers and tape was a wonderful idea. Many times at EZ I had to take this garbage with me. Kudos to this company for a well thought out business, and making customers happy not only with basic storage needs, but for all of the little touches that make storage a good experience.
