Therefore, as a service to our tenants, we offer our new Guardian Protection Plan. For a small additional monthly payment, you can be included in our Guardian Protection Plan, under which Guardian will reimburse you up to an agreed amount for damage to your stored property resulting from:

• Fire, explosion or smoke
• Theft, vandalism or malicious mischief
• Roof leak or water damage
• Windstorm that fi rst causes damage to the building
• Collapse of the building where Occupant's property is stored
• Impact of aircraft, missile or vehicles

Already Have Insurance? - You Can Benefit, Too!
Even if you already have insurance coverage for your stored belongings through a homeowner's or renter's insurance plan, you can still gain valuable financial benefits from our Guardian Protection Plan. The deductible on your insurance policy is likely to be hundreds of dollars - or up to a thousand dollars, or more. So even if your insurance company pays a claim for damage to your belongings, you'll still be out the amount of your deductible. If you are a Guardian Protection Plan member, you can apply to have the protection plan offset your deductible.
