We are pleased to announce that Boulder Bins Self Storage is now a part of Guardian Storage.  Guardian Storage has been a leader in the self storage business for nearly 30 years, with local ownership right here in Boulder!

As a part this transition, we wanted to inform you of some of the exciting programs and enhancements we will be making to the property in the coming year so that we can continue to serve you at the highest level:

• Upgraded Video Surveillance. We will be increasing the quality and number of cameras on the property to give you more peace of mind that your belongings are safe and secure.
• New Gates and Fencing. We will be installing new gates and keypads at the Broadway entrance, and it is our hope to add an additional gate and keypad along Lee Hill in order to improve your access to the property.  Additionally, we will be replacing old fencing over time to improve our security and appearance to the street.
• New Leasing Office. We will be remodeling our office to include more security monitors, a conference room for our tenants to use and a packing supplies store.
• Free Moving Trucks. We will be bringing in two 14’ box trucks for our tenants to use at your convenience.  No rental fee.  25 free miles every time you use the truck.
• Climate Controlled Storage. In the near future, immediately adjacent to our property, we will be opening a climate controlled storage building, featuring drive up and interior climate controlled space in a variety of sizes.  Each unit in this building will be individual alarmed with your own access code.
• New Roofs. Nothing is more important to us than keeping your valuable items safe, secure and DRY!  We will soon be evaluating which roofs need to be replaced in order to make sure we are giving you a product of integrity.
• Landscaping and Painting. Over time, we will be painting our property and improving the landscape in order to present ourselves better to our community, and to give us all a property that we can be proud of.
